Four-course series
This four-course series features courses with video lessons focused on
practical, evidence-based skills that have proven effective in this
population. The psychotherapy strategies discussed are primarily
behavioral and symptom-focused, pulled from a range of evidence-based
protocols, including Family Focused Therapy (FFT), Interpersonal and
Social Rhythm Therapy (IPSRT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for
Bipolar Disorder (CBT). Each lesson is relatively brief, typically 10-30
minutes, concise and to the point, focused on specific skills or strategies,
with an emphasis on being clinically relevant and implementable. Each
lesson includes a downloadable companion handout, and several have
additional patient handouts useful in clinical practice.
